• In their new book, Peril, Washington Post reporters Bob Woodward and Robert Costa claim that General Mark Milley, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, made secret calls to the Communist Chinese on October 30 and January 8 -- where he pledged to give them advance notice of any potential incoming attack by the United States.

    Senator Rand Paul, Donald Trump and several other Republicans are demanding an investigation -- saying General Milley should be tried for treason if the allegations are true.

    But the Biden administration disagrees -- with General Milley claiming the calls were "perfectly within the duties and responsibilities" of his job.
